In the last 3 years,I have been passing too much water. After my GP treated me infections but to no avail,I was refered to a Urologist.I have done several test like-blood test, urine test, renal ultra-sound,cytocopy,x-ray of the kidneys and all the results were positive. The consultant said I have over-active bladder and I been placed on several medications and the latest one is DETRUNORM XL[30mg].Still I go to the loo too much. What do think is wrong with me?

Extremely eHealthy
I hope you were tested for diabetes, too, since frequent urination and night time toilet visits are one of the symptoms of increased blood sugar levels.
If you are really suffering from symptoms of overactive bladder, and you do not find the medications helpful, talk with your urologist for surgery or alternative treatment like injecting botulinum toxin A in the bladder wall.

Best wishes!
