Q: frequent urination & other symptoms - could i be pregnant??

. so i dont remember if i had a period for the month of april, my periods can sometimes be irregular and dont always come once a month. but i know for sure i had one in march. i've been constipated, i've had more headaches, i've been constantly peeing, i've had lower back pains, and overall i just feel odd. soo am i being paranoid or could i actually be pregnant?
p.s. i took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it came out negative..

i actually have a gyno apt tomorrow sooo we will find out for sure and i'll let y'all know!
