I am not on the pill and had a period last week April 20-23 I had unprotected sex on sat night. today I am having frequent urination burning sensations and bleeding is this an std, infection??

The most likely diagnosis here is urinary tract infection (uri). Have yourself checked out with a urine culture and sensitivity test.
