It sounds as you have impaired intestinal function or problems with digestion food.
Poor digestion resulting in constipation and disorders of the bowel may contribute to bad breath, from the gasses that are produced during this process, and are emitted through the mouth, through the lungs and urine via the blood stream.
Actually, due to decreased process of eliminating the toxins and body wastes through the bowel movements, toxins are absorbed into the blood stream leading to bad breath and body odor.
Treating constipation will most likely eliminate other problems.
See your physician since the cause for constipation may range from neurological, hormonal, systemic diseases or intestinal disorders to drug-induced constipation.
Try to avoid fatty foods and food consisting of simple sugars.
Instead increase the fiber intake.

Best wishes!
