i wanted to ask that how often we should masturbate??
and is it safe?

There are no recommendations about how often a man should masturbate. It varies from 2-3 times a week to 2-3 times a day. Teenagers masturbate even more often due to the increased level of hormones. Masturbation is completely safe. Masturbating too often might eventually cause inflammation of the foreskin and the glans itself due to friction. Decreasing the masturbation frequency would usually solve this problem.
