Q: Frenulum tight

I am a teenager aged 14 and i can roll my foreskin all the way back like that doesnt hurt at all, but the problem is that my frenulum hurts, are you meant to detache that? How do i make my frenulum longer? It hurts because its tight against me when i get a erection.

P.S also, when i get an erection my head doesnt come out what does this mean? on pornos there head comes out on itself, why doesnt mine do this?
