Q: Frenulum breve ?

I can pull my foreskin over the penis head fine and then it bunches up behind the head. Is this normal?

But if I pull my foreskin further down the shaft and not jsut bunched up under the head like a circumcised penis the frenulum starts to get pulled down and also the area where it is pulled over is very sort of 'swelled looking'.

Is the foreskin meant to go that far and is it OK if the foreskin stays just below the head where the it is bunched up?

I cannot get it like the last picture because then the frenulum starts to pull the head down. Also the area that is exposed there looks quite swelled looking

i could be wrong but it seems like you have a short frenulum (meaning thats why its bunching up under the head and also frenulum been pulled right down )
by the pictures that could be well just that
theres is a easy minor surgery which is painless and can be awake during the procedure.
then again just could need exercise and stretching tecniques

I have the same thing, if i wear a condom during sex would that protect it a bit better?
