According to the major symptom you described (penis bends when have an erection), you might be experiencing frenulum breve. There is an elastic band called fraenulum preputii penis, under the glans penis that connects to the prepuce. Sometimes it is not long enough and causes the bending you described. Movement of the prepuce is more or less restricted. This condition can cause painful intercourse. There are several solutions: reparative plastic surgery operation (frenuloplasty), or removal of the frenulum (frenectomy) during circumcision. If an operation is not prefered, then stretching exercises (complete pulling of the prepuce) and steroid creams might be helpful. You might want to see your GP or a urologist.
