Hey everyone,

I have Panic disorder for more than 12 years already and my condition has been improving a lot! My medication started from 20mg per day till just 10mg on alternate days (or just 5mg per day) - I even thought of quitting medication. I also realized that there are many others who have Panic Attacks out there and I decided to reach out and help them.

So I have started a blog to give free panic attack tips and techniques that have helped me for all these years:
PanicAttackResearch

I do hope it will help you all =)

With Regards,
Seng

Hey!
I am a 17 year old girl who struggled with panic disorder when I was 12 until I was around 14. I just recently stopped taking my medication (the proper way of course) and I am doing extremely well! I feel exactly like I used to before the disorder (I hardly could remember what that felt like!) I hope ya'll are doing well. Feel free to contact me if anyone needs anything.

uhm
I am 13 and I have horrible anxiety attacks. I went home early this morning because I had one at school. I just began taking lexapro and about three days ago boosted up to 10mg.Since then they have been horrible, I had 5 yesterday and 4 today. When I came home I discovered (sadly)that I had hives all over my legs, could this be from my anxiety attacks or the lexapro.

Sugar!!!
Everybody if you are consuming sugar like most young people are you better expect many problems. Panic attacks are on the rise due to sugar and stress. Check out the hypoglycemia forum. There is a great book (The Mood Cure, can't remember the authors name, also the Crazy Makers by Carol Simontacchi. Our American diet is making us crazy.
