Q: Found lump near armpit

I have found a small lump above my left breast near my armpit. It's about the size of a dime. My bra rubs on it, and causes it to burn. I found it about a month ago, I don't have any health insurance either so I don't know what to do.

If the skin over this lump is red and the lump feels sore, it could be just a lump developing due to chronic irritation of your skin due to the bra.
Also, it will be good idea to get checked from a doctor, cause many times first signs of breast cancer appear in armpit and later in breast itself.
