Q: Foul smelling leakage after hysterectomy

I had a vaginal hysterrectomy four weeks ago and ever since I have had a fowl smelling leakage .

But now I just urinated orange and been very dizzy with hot flashes today
still have ovaries.
Is this normal?

I think it sounds pretty normal...The foul aroma does come with this surgery...As for the orange urination and hot flashes, I think you are pretty safe in the realm of a Hysterectomy....However, you may want to call the doctor about the dizzy spells...Let him know that this is happening....Take care...
