Q: Foul smell inside foreskin

Hi i am a male and im 22 recently my penis has started to smell really bad out of the blue this has happend i went to the doctor and he said nothin about it really he said there was no problem and just gave me cream i wash there everyday sometimes 2 times a day and about an hour after the smell is back i think maybe this is an infection but im not sure

It's quite normal to have an odour when you have foreskin.
