I have recently been experiencing tears in the bit of skin that joins my foreskin to the head of my penis at the back. the tears are painful and occur During sex, masturbation, or washing the inside of my foreskin. Basically anytime I pull the foreskin back, but mostly when erect.

I know your suggestion would be to see a urologist, as my GP has advised me the same thing.

I just want to know why this would happen after years of having sex, etc. all of a sudden. And what can be done to correct it besides having a circumcision which I really don't want.
