my daughter just turned one a week ago and dont know if i should continue her on the follow on formula 3 wich is made for toddlers or give her normal milk i want to give her the best so what is the best? cows milk or formula which has minerals vitamins etc. shes a great eater no prolems with that.

If she's a great eater, she will get everything she needs from regular food. Milk should be just fine as long as she doesn't have an allergy to it Smile
