A few months ago, out of NOWHERE I got really dizzy, and had an awkward feeling in my upper stomach. After that my chest started to hurt slightly, my arms had this hot tingly feeling, then that feeling went to my stomach and chest. I went to the hospital and was told my heart was beyond healthy. My chest pains stopped, but that hot tingly feeling keeps coming back. I was given some meds for acid reflux, Yet, things only got worse. I was on the computer a couple weeks after that, and all of a sudden, it started to feel like I couldn't breathe well, I called emergency, and help came......but they said everything was fine, and my breathing was perfect. The same thing happened the next night so I went to the hospital, however on my way, my NECK started to feel hot and really tight all the way around, and my head start to feel the same way. I've had over four different opinions, and they all say the same thing: a forming ulcer in my stomach, I have NEVER heard of a forming ulcer causing this many problems. Now months later, those symptoms are still there, and now my stomach and lower back hurts, and my stomach also have a weird feeling in it. Then when I lie down, it feels like my insides are moving around on their own, it's REALLY creepy. I don't have worms or anything..........I don't what's wrong with me, I seem to have symptoms no one has heard of before. can ANYONE help me??

hello most ulcers forming or otherwise are caused by worry, exessive drinking, poor diet, medications sometimes..in my opinion your symptoms are classic for anxiety attacks through stress. An inability to relax can cause all your symptoms you experience,
learn to relax and you will find your symptoms decrease. some of us have the compultion to worry and this leads to all types of phsycological or neuroligical disorders. whether this be muscle, gastrointestinel, and the fear something bad is going to happen..sweating, blushing, dizziness and changes in appetite and chest pain..
when you learn to relax it can do wonders.
hope this helps in some way.

hello again..i do have ibs so my diet is mainly high fibre and plenty of veg..i can have constipation for three days and diahorrea next 4 when its bad.. however having said that most people with anxiety it is another sign as they want to urinate more or defficate so please do not confuse with ibs this is diagnosed through stool sample and other tests.
im not aneamic but you could be suffering colic pains if bowels are over working and this causes tummy and back pain. sometimes hot water bag helps..if you think your bowels are a problem go back and get checked and make them listen..worrying shall only increase your symptoms..
i was prescribed colifac other medical name mebevarine and helped me greatly with my back and tummy pains.
hope this puts your mind at ease.

Ioka and Dianna, thank you so much. At first I though it was anxiety or depression or something, but I'm not that type of person, I don't have anxiety issues, and I'm hardly EVER depressed about anything. I don't even worry about this too much ( but it kinda scares my mom so I wanna find out what I can ).
