i forgot my lantis last night thinking because i took it yesterday morning ill be okay to take it this morning then this morning i ate breakfest without usng my pen first im on novolog i was planning to take it but forgot to bring it and forgot to take my lantis so ive gone all day without lantis or novolog pen what do i do
