Q: Foreskins and erectile disorders
asked by: DoctorQuestion on July 25th, 2009
I have a question, im having trouble keeping a hard erection while engaging in intercourse.... im quite active and am a horny bugga..

i work an extreme ammount of hours but just as we begin to fondle i become hard then extremely hard.. but just as i take my pants off it goes soft and i cant have intercourse which is frustrating.

I do stress allot for the time being but it will ease of in a month or so as my responsibillitys ie work are cut down.

Would u guys reccomend e-complex while im going through this..... any tips u could reccomend?

Also i have a foreskin.... does this necessarily need to be pulled back in order to enter the vagina... ive had sex before and it wasnt a problem... may it be a problem now?

According to the data you provided, you might be experiencing an erectile disorder. The disorder is likely to be caused by stress. If there was any physical or hormonal cause, you would have not been able to achieve erection in the first place.

The foreskin might affect erection if the opening is too tight and causes pain to the penis. It does not have to be retracted all the way in order to achieve complete erection and to enter the vagina.

You might want to visit a sexual therapist for recommendations about reducing the stress factors in your environment. A urologist might check if the foreskin is affecting the erection, which is not very likely.
