Q: Foreskin won't pull back

well you see, im 19 and well have a problem with my penis, ive had sex before and it wa snot painful or anthing but my foreskin will not be pulled back so i cannot get the head out, i no it mucst sound stupid but it really is starting to get 2 me and i really wnna no what is wrong with it, could anybody please explain?

i mean you will get a phimosis.
this thing i had as a young boy. with 12/13 i began to shorten my foreskin in little cutting steps, until the whole end, which hangs infront of the penis head, was removed.
after this i could pull my rest foreskin back over the erected penis well and easy, whitout pain!!!
