Q: Foreskin tightness

Hi

Ive had a really tight foreskin for as lng as ive had a penis.
When having sex, (when erect) it goes back like, 3/4's of the way and its like the circulation gets cut off. So ther for i try n take it easy wen having sex.
Do you think if im not carefull i could hurt myself? Or am i being daft?
And 1 other thing, the head/bellend (dont know the right word), its quite purpley grey, is that normal?
