Q: Foreskin Tight while having intercourse

hello,
I do have a tight foreskin which yields me enormous pain during intercourse. I am able to pull the foreskin back till the head and once the penis head is out the foreskin gets struck there and i get pain.
Can you tell me whether i can treat the same without any operation kinda stuff?
