Q: Foreskin tight & painful

I can retract foreskin but it is fairly tight and very painful. It's difficult to do stretches or anything because of the pain. Any advice or lotions that could help this problem? Confused

a water based lubricant should help. If the problem persists, you really should go and see a doctor about it.
