i have foreskin penis and i havent cleaned inside and everytime i touch in side it feels wierd what can i do and do forskin penis always stay small
???

size and foreskin have nothing to do, but it seems you don't know how to take car of it, also seems like you are young, I advise to you to talk to your parents and to go to urologist and to get rid of the foreskin, this is very simple operation and you just need rest for three days or so. You are going to be happier the penis cleaner and is going to give you a lot of sexual freedom... That's my advise get circumcised. CIAO

How old are you and are you able to pull the foreskin back and expose the head?
Circumcision is the very last resort and if you check some other post re circumcision
in adulthood you will see how bad the effects can be.

If you can pull the skin back you should be doing this every day when you shower.
Plenty of soap and make sure you rinse with plenty of fresh water afterwards.
