Foreskin of my penis is not rolling back. Itching problem also occurs at foreskin.

let anyone suggest what can i do, or is there any treatment.

Extremely eHealthy
u may need to see dr if the foreskin will not roll back, till then wash gently couple times a day and keep dry
it is not a major problem, good luck
