Q: foreskin erection tightness

hi when i am erect and non erect my foreskin over hangs my penis by about a centimeter but when i try to pull my foreskin back whilst erect it is imposible
should i see a doctor or something or should i just try stretching it
i think it may be due to the way i masturbate as i watch porn on the computor as i masturbate but i dont usualy have my penis out i masturbate with it still in my jeans
