Q: foreskin attached to peehole

Hi
i have a problem with my foreskin I couldnt push it back completely.
I could only stretch it back up to 2/3 of the length of my penis. A tiny part of the foreskin is still attached to the pee hole of penis.
i dont know if this is normal ,also I would like to know if the foreskin must be completely pushed back before intercourse.I never had sex before.
Some one please answer my questions.

Your foreskin is going to stretch once you are going to start having sex. You can stretch it yourself it you want. It's going to be a little bit painful at first. i recommend you trying it in the hot shower

No, your foreskin will push back on it's on during the intercourse.
