I have a uncircumcised penis. I am masterbate regularly.
Couple of months back I started having a problem. I think due to applying too much pressure while masterbating, my foreskin aperture has become small.
When I piss there is a slight pain and piss does not happen too easily as it used to happen earlier. it is same as trying to blow out water out a small balloon having a very small opening.

Also when my penis is erect I feel a slight pain at the left side near the tip. I thought it would go fast. It has reduced a bit but hasnt gone completely.

Is it a cause of worry ? Please advice.
