Fordyce Spots ?

I know this question probably has been asked many times before, but lately i have noticed a group of spots on my penis that stretch from the Meatus almost down to the bottom of the glans.

I haven't been sexually active and i am really not sure as to what it is.

After doing some research i think that they sound like some kind of "Papule". I've noticed it for a while and since then a friend of mine has given me a cold :S

I hope its not bad :worries:


Is it possible to have Fordyce Spots on the Glans?
