I hear voices when I have taken my medicine at the wrong time.

However, I've found a strategy to help deal with them.

It is simple. I pay very close attention to the noises in my environment. Then I IDENTIFY them. So if a noise in a song sounds like a person in my past being judgmental, I IDENTIFY the sound for what it really is.

This has helped me. I hope this helps you too.
