I was jogging last night and all of a sudden my foot made CRANK!
I got home on my own feet, i put ice on it...and eventually i got to sleep.Now here i am posting this thread and begging for help(OMG QQ). My foot feltrigid when i walked home(Thanks got i still could or i would've spent the night in the park, lol) and now it hurts like hell. I can't step on it almost at all...but no swelling...

What should i do? Go see a doc or wait home and hope the pain will go off by itself?
