Unless you have a fast metabolism carbs
should be avoided or at the least planned
to be eaten according to when your body
needs them the most and to be sure you are
not overeating them.

I'm not sure if I can have lobster on a
consistent basis. I've never heard of it
being capable of burning fat or what not.
