Hi Doctor, I'm 4th month pregnant woman.I have cravings of mango pickle.Is it any harm to baby.And I heard Bitter gourd and black grapes are not good.is it true?I ate lots of carrots..carrot contais beta caretone.is it any harm to my baby?

The vegetables and fruits which you have mentioned are absolutely safe in pregnancy and you can consume them without worrying about anything.

They won’t harm your baby. Beta carotene is beneficial for the growing foetus. Bitter gourd and black grapes are rich in antioxidants which are also good for the foetus.
