I am really trying to lose weight to prevent diabetes and control my gallbladder issues.
It is complicated and takes effort!!! Bummer.
My Personal Trainer (I just hired for one hour...) said I should use Little Black Book-Daily Food Diary to record everything I eat or drink (lol) and it REALLY helps.
I also downloaded a free template to make a list of "Yes" foods, just Google Personal Choice Menu and you can do it too.
Anyone else using a food diary? Do you have any tips?
