Welcome to e health forum.

Since you seem to have multiple gallstones, surgery is a appropriate therapy for you. Most laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients require to stay in the hospital for a minimum of 3-4 days. In case, of Open cholecystectomy or patients with preexisting medical conditions the stay may be extended.

You should consult with your treating doctors who can provide you proper information, related specifically to you.
