Hello and welcome to e health forum. ‎

The normal leucocyte count is in the range of 4.1 - 11.0 x 10^ 9 / micron per Litre.

The neutrophil count is normally in the range of 35 - 80 % of the total count.

In your case, the total WBC count appears to be just over the range and has a predominant ‎neutrophilic picture, which would indicate some form of infection, most likely a urinary tract infection. ‎

You may consult with your doctor for a complete history assessment, physical examination and specific treatment of your condition.
