Just joined the network and googled your
querie as I too am looking for the answer
to that question. I know that your post
is a couple of years old but if you are
still available I would love to hear back
from you. I was told that it is a small
amount of IM that is probably surrounding
scar tissue from a healed ulcer. My
concern is probably the same as yours- can
it become dysplastic etc.
