I suffer badly from anxiety and panic disorder. I'm only 18 but i've had it for about a year now. Just before I was drifting off to sleep and i awoke with a gasp, feeling as if though I forgot to breathe. I've had this occassionally, just waking up or even in the middle of the day I'll suddenly gasp for breath as if though I've forgotten. I'm kinda freaking out about that now so I'm making myself breathe and I know that's stupid but it's just habit.

Also, i fly to Brisbane tomorrow, and I haven't been on a plane since my panic and anxiety first started, because flying is what caused it to start. So I'm a little nervous and I would love some advice I could use. Some breathing techniques or just... anything.

Please help??

Meditation on MP3 or CD would help a lot - give it a try!
