Q: Fluttering in chest region

Hi!
I am 29 years old and I have recently, over the past 2-3 days, been experiencing a very unusual "fluttering" in my chest region. Specifically, it is located right below my left breast. It does not hurt, but it just seems a bit annoying and scary.

Can someone explain this? Do I need to go see my doctor or is it something as simple as gas?
