I am 43. I have had one successful pregnancy 4 yrs ago, but it was c section. I began having groin issues that i contributed to delievery but it never went away. This past year the range of motion is very limited. I have a cyst on both ovaries and fibroids on uterous. I had a colonoscopy, everything came back normal. One week later I am still having lower abcominal pain, but I began vomiting on Monday, went to the ER had ct scan, everything looked ok, except fluid on the pelvic area. That got the vomiting under control and sent me home with some anti nausea medication. This is Thurs evening. I have not been able to eat anything, not yogurt or even peppermint water without my hole abdomen blowing up. Does anyone have any answers? I am still nauseated and overall weak and tired.

Ok, free fluid in the pelvis is abnormal. Is it blood? I would get to a gynecologist and find out what is going on. The fibroid cyst may be bleeding. You may have more than one and it is bleeding into the pelvic cavity. This warrants a trip to the doctor.
