I would like to know if I have fluid leaking out my rectum would hemmoroids cause that it is clear?

there are multiple potential causes for leakage of fluid from your rectum.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a diagnosis based upon this information alone. In general, a colonoscopy is required to rule-out the possibility of colorectal cancer.
