Q: Fluid in newborn's head

my new born baby niece(2 days old) has fluid in her head that is not spread evenly causing her head to swell a little, could you explain a little bit more as to what this means, why it is caused and what may happen to her and if she will be ok sorry i dont have any more information as i have been told over the phone i am really worried i would be greatful if you could help thankyou.

Is it hydrocephalus or the fluid caused between the skin and the skull by an assisted method of delivery?
