My sister in law just had a baby about a week ago and the baby have been experiencing breathing problem due to fluid buildup on the left side of the neck, a doctor removed the fluid using a needle but the fluid keep coming back, they had ct scan done already but still the doctors so far don't have any answer to the cause of the fluid, any information would be appreciated.
