I've been trying to lose some weight since a few months ago. My weight is always between 40-45 kg. I know that isn't a lot, but I really would like to lose an inch or two at my waist.
I've been running at least four times a week for two months, and have been exercising at least three times a week for about.. six months? I know this sounds ridiculous, but certain days I wake up thinner than usual, and certain days I wake up fatter than usual. It's really.. weird. My weight can jump from 41 to 44 kg in a mere two hours.
I sleep enough, mostly.
I don't know what to do. I really would like to lose weight. And now I don't have the motivation to exercise because I put on weight just as fast as I lose them.
