Q: Flu symptoms without headache

Two nights ago I started having a mild cough. During the day, my fever spiked to 102.5 (I'm usually in the high 97 range.) I became fatigued, the coughing got a lot worse and I threw up once. Fever came under control with help of alternating Theraflu and Tylenol. I'm still exhausted and coughing, but no headache, which seems to be a major symptom of the flu. I don't have excessive mucus so I don't think it's bronchitis.

Can you have the flu without a major headache?

Thanks!
