Today i woke up feeling a diarrhea pain below my belly button, We are all familiar with this pain. Though i continued on, I felt sick to my stomach. So i tried to poop and it worked but it was not diarrhea, Just normal. But it came out rather quickly and easily. Now about 15 minutes ago i had the same feeling and same experience, This time with feeling of needing to vomit. Every time i pushed i felt that urge. I never did vomit tho.

Does this sound like a case of the flu?

What can i do to make these symptoms subside.

The pooping is not a problem, Tho i really do not want to vomit.

This sounds like a beginning of a stomach flu.
Vomiting and fever may or may not occur, but diarrhea almost always occurs.
The illness may develop over a period of hours, or it may suddenly start with stomach cramps, vomiting, or diarrhea.
The symptoms are most intensive during first three days.
The most important thing to avoid vomiting is to rest your stomach and intestines.
First, have only small, frequent sips of liquids, and, later when you have not vomited for several hours add soft bland foods.

Do you have some of these additional symptoms: mild fever, fatigue, chills, loss of appetite and muscle aches?
