flu-like symptoms , no fever or rash

6 weeks ago I've had a one night stand unprotected with an ex, I've been worried that i've caught something from him ever since. Since a month ago, I've had different and on and off symptoms, beginning with cough for a week ( not necessarily that dry, phlegm in throat, runny nose, nose congestion (a bit of headache from blowing nose too hard), one episode of diarrhea ( friend who ate the same thing had diarrhea the next day as well), fatigue, and most recently another few episode of diarrhea lasting 2 days or so after a big seafood dinner the night before, a week ago. Now I've been getting loss of appetite, although i have been worried sick for the last few days. No fever or rash Do you guys think it's just a common flu and anxiety or hiv? Please help, i'm so worried it's disrupting my life.. I'm going to get a test tomorrow..
