But I'm really freaking out right now and doctor's offices are closed for a few more days. I'm a 20 year old male. A few weeks ago (a bit over 3, maybe a month). I noticed flat stool. It went away and for the past week it's been sort of flat again. And I'm having abdominal discomfort in different areas, mostly on my left side. I have the flu I think and I stopped cold turkey on Lexapro 3 weeks ago.

I'm not constipated, but I just feel bloated in my abdomen. In combination with the flat stool, I'm very worried I may have cancer. Is this something I'm going to want to get checked soon? I really don't want to die this young.
