I recently noticed about 4-5 flat flaps inside my vagina - they are on the left and right walls near the opening and are flesh colored. They aren't painful and i didn't notice them until I looked down there with a mirror - separating the lips to look inside. They don't look like skin tags or moles, just fleshy flat flaps that have a wide base and stick out towards the center of my vagina about 1/4". Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
