Me and my partner recently had sex, with out using a condom. He has said that he has no STDS . Yet i began getting little flaky spots on my vagina. and my face and a LITTLE bit of redness on the vagina. This was only my 4th time engagin in sex and we used a lotion i don't know if that could have had soemthing to do with it or not? I'm not able to see a doctor and i don't know what to do. This began a week ago today. Also their is swelling of the vagina. And a small amount of itching. Any suggestion please. I don't know if this is a infection that will go away or a rash or STD. please suggestions.

Sounds like it could be a yeast infection.

For future reference, lotion is a no-no for sex. It isn't good to use lotion inside the vagina. There are many water soluble kinds of lubrication made specifically for sex and introducing inside the vagina.

Why can't you see a doctor?

People get infections for reasons other than just sex. Smile
Skip the details, just ask to see a doctor.
