Hi,

Im 24 and have been suffering with acne since 9 months where intially there were traces of 1 or 2 pimples which used to come n disappear, but since 1 year, they started doubling and i ended up getting few (7 or 8 ) on my cheeks. I usually clear my face twice daily (lakme strawberry face wash) and rarely go out in sun or get exposed to air outside as i travel in cab.. After 6 months of getting 3 or 4 pimples (around my cheeks) i noticed that i was actually getting flakes around acne... it was like face dandruff. Last month i visited a dermatologist who suggested that i use Cleargel (clindamycin phosphate USP) in the morning and Faceclin (Clindamycin & Nicotinamide gel) at night. As a tablet, i was asked to use Topcid 40 in the morning & Doxyday capsule at night, a total course of one month. Its already one and half month since i have used all these, but i dont seem to see the results. When i apply the gel, i see that my skin becomes too oily & it itches on the portion i apply the gel. The flakes have gone and acnes seems lighter but when i stopped using, it is recurring again (flakes too). I used to have such a beautiful n radiant skin prior to one year with no pimples at all. I just dont understand the cause of it.. But at office, i work for 15 to 16 hours...could stress be the cause? My doc dint answer any of my questions. and his medicine dint help too, now i see open pores too. Otherwise i have a beautiful skin. Please help!!!
