Just green vegetables does not help.The body nutrition is not complete without any fruits.

Green vegetable is always good for health. You can lose weight by using green food and stay healthy. But with this you should do proper exercise and become fit.

Depends on what type of body weakness you are referring to. In general green veggies contain lots of fiber, nutrients, and is alkalizing in the body. I subscribe to a plant based diet consisting of vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, seeds, and grains. The more you stay raw, the better it is because you keep more of the enzymes.
